Kyle is an executive responsible for all the day-to-day operational and management processes for Jenkins Interests Management Inc. Mr. Jenkins has twenty years of experience in the oil and gas industrial technologies industry. This knowledge of the business includes ten years of experience in subsea manufacturing and installation companies and fourteen years as the Owner and Founder of this firm. Where Mr. Jenkins leads the firm’s sourcing and placement team which is responsible for identifying qualified candidates and strategically deploying such talent for client assignment. Additionally, he directs the firm’s international oil and gas project development; specializing in project structuring and development, financing, government regulation, construction and other contract issues.
Mr. Jenkins earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Science from Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. Additionally, Mr. Jenkins earned an Executive MBA from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Our on-the-job experience covers a wide variety of disciplines from human resources, finance & payroll functions to operations & project management to information technology. As a result, we are able to effectively identify real operating issues, properly assess company risk, prepare effective project plans with budgets – all to mitigate or correct the problem and successfully manage the solution implementation alongside management on-time, on-target and to desired specification. We are also equipped to tackle corporate governance issues with the ability to research and establish appropriate guidelines that minimize perceived or real conflicts of interest in operating the business.
Maersk Oil has made a commercial oil field discovery in deep water, offshore Angola and has commissioned Maersk Oil Houston to establish a project management and engineering team to develop the field. One of the key roles to assist the business development of the Project is the Business Manager. Key roles for the Business manager include implementation of the overall project budget and expenditure controls. With a direct line to the Manager of Project Services the Business Manager is responsible for establishing a core team, assist with executing control processes and procedures in the Project Services domain, and developing risk management strategies. Utilizing the Staffing Process JIMCO presented Mr. Kyle Jenkins as the candidate to assist with the business development for the project and was immediately commission to the position.
BP Gulf of Mexico (GOM) is the largest producer in the Gulf of Mexico as of 2011. With seven facilities (Marlin, Horn Mountain, Na Kika, Holstein, Mad Dog, Atlantis and Thunder Horse.) BP GOM has equity interest in five partner operated facilities. Additionally, BP has three major operated projects currently under development in the GOM with equity interest in other developments. To properly plan and manage projects, it is essential to have a Senior Estimator to develop overall project estimates / budgets, and to coordinate with management the pros and cons of those projects. Additionally, the Senior Project Estimator will liaise closely with the Cost and Schedule Department Leads, various project teams, and senior management. Given the sensitivity of the position, VGG was commissioned to identify a candidate. Utilizing the Staffing Process, JIMCO presented Mr. Wayne Burkholder as the candidate to assist with the Senior Estimating for BP GOM Deepwater developments and was immediately commissioned to the position.
